Bookings

A consultation or puja is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking ID. Accurate birth details are essential; guidance is based on the information you provide.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees. Fees are for the acharya's time and effort, not for a guaranteed outcome.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Consultations may be rescheduled once when requested at least 24 hours before the slot. Payments are non-refundable once a consultation has been conducted or a puja has been performed. Duplicate or failed transactions are refunded in full.

Conduct

Sessions are private. Recording or redistributing a session without written consent is not permitted.
